Shipping & Returns Policy

Orders are shipped according to option selected at checkout.

Shipping for all orders is currently 5-7 business days with final delivery date determined by USPS/DHL/FedEx/UPS.

There are NO REFUNDS & ONLY Exchanges due to quality issue for purchases in original packaging within 5 business days. Any worn, cut, altered, washed, brushed or damaged product are not exchangeable.  (Please contact customerservice@rockyhair.com before returning item back.)

Order Processing

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an address other than the billing address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Rocky Hair has the right to decline an order and issue a refund at our sole discretion. Although rare, this may typically happen when we suspect an order may be fraudulent.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with a tracking number after your items are shipped. 

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, pandemics or carrier delays. Please keep in mind that national holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Backorders

Although rare, if a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition, we will inform and update you by phone/email with the estimated arrival date. If backordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, we will contact you immediately and offer an option of a full payment refund.

Fraud & Theft

CREDIT CARD THEFT OF OUR MERCHANDISE WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
